LADIES KICKBOXING - 4 WEEK KICKSTART PROGRAM
This 4-week program is designed to help you move your body, rebuild your strength, and feel like you again — no pressure, no intimidation.
Whether you’re just getting back into fitness, recently had a baby, or simply want a fun and supportive way to get moving, this class meets you where you’re at. Every workout is beginner-friendly, adaptable, and focused on helping you feel stronger, more confident, and energized.
Bring your baby, come as you are, and join a group of women all working toward the same goal — feeling good again.

✔ Learn the basics of kickboxing
No experience needed — we’ll teach you proper technique, combinations, and how to move with confidence.
✔ Build strength & tone your body
Full-body workouts using bags, bodyweight, and simple equipment to help you feel stronger every week.
✔ Improve mobility & movement
We focus on stretching, mobility, and movement to help you feel better in your body — not just during class, but in everyday life.
✔ Supportive, no-pressure environment
All fitness levels welcome. Go at your own pace and grow from there.
