Starting October Arbeau Muay Thai is offering two back-to-back programs designed for moms and little ones to grow stronger together.

• Mondays & Wednesdays

• Mom’s Kickboxing: 10:00–11:00 AM

• Little Champions: 11:00–11:30 AM

• 8 weeks | 16 classes

• Starts October 19th

• Mom: $240

• Little Champion: $160

• $5 OFF per sibling

Ladies Kickboxing

A fun, beginner-friendly class focused on fitness, confidence, stress relief, and learning real kickboxing fundamentals.

Little Champions (Ages 3-5)
Mondays & Wednesdays | 11:00 AM
A structured program that helps young children build confidence, coordination, listening skills, and focus through fun movement and games.
